PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU FORGET OR CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT GIVING ENOUGH NOTICE I LOSE THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL THAT SPOT. ALL SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
• A DEPOSIT OF $50 IS DUE FOR NEW CLIENTS UPON BOOKING FOR COLOR SERVICES
• YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT 24HRS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE AND RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK
• LESS THAN 24HR NOTICE IS CONSIDERED A
"LATE CANCELLATION" AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
• IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A "NO SHOW" AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF YOUR APPOINTMENT!
• APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE BOOKED WITHIN THE 24HR PERIOD ARE STILL SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION POLICY.
• AS A COURTESY, APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION AND REMINDER WILL BE SENT BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
